When we arrived at the squirrel's lair she had already gathered herself, thank God, so it only took an hour to load the van. This time it was almost exclusivly large antique museum grade frames, a very nice load! While we were loading the dolly things were shifting (the place is packed with the grooviest stuff), and as a large framed piece started to fall, we reached out and grabbed it just in time....

It was an original Keith Haring, covered in dust....
(One just shakes one's head in dismay...)
Then off to Manhattan!

We are home now and everything is better. We have beer, a dozen baked pork buns from Mai le Wah's and a very special package of imported lace & a lovely card from Princess all the way from Oz....
