uh! saturday - the leaves are changing in new york, we tend towards melancholia & reminiscence of autumns past ............. (once again, lovely)
aah! sunday... we hostessed a small brunch, (beer & quiche) to facilitate some rock & roll business; we had invited six and only three appeared... the rock just doesn't roll as easily as it did in '79....
however - we did find this on the youtubes - and as a consolation prize, for the oldest of said rockers, that did show up, we are posting this song (no real video though)... but it is a great, quick pop song, check it out.... ...top ten in the UK. & #1 independent single in the US.... our naive lewis playing bass & singing backup-

then.... motherfucking bloomberg thinks he's going to single handedly turn NYC into stockhom or something... new york is going green... WHEEE... they are reconfiguring many important streets around the city, (first ave, second ave, third ave... astoria blvd!!)--- it will not work. we are being sober and honest when i tell you - that i have never, ever, neverever, ever seen ONE cyclist obey ONE traffic law ever.... this is NEW YORK CITY- delivery people might be professionals..(might be).... anyone else, i consider to be a delusional MORON...
... BUT this is the usa, and bloomberg has bought his way into history -

we did a great deal of thinking about our career & finding a dream job -
like naming colours for a crayons or a paint company...
