A Really Happy Outcome for All Involved...

We just got off the phone with our closest of friends & confidantes, Agnes.

Agnes lives in Florida and is a most remarkable person, not only does she handle really, really huge corporate finances, her own lovely family, her huge extended family along with bailing out our sorry ass with some regularity, you'd think she would want to relax in the pool with a nice can of beer?  Well, not my friend Ag, what does she do? She made time to register with the state as a GAL (guardian ad litem), a child advocate. One of her first and longest lasting cases is a little boy named George, that was neglected and abused by his traditional parents mostly for being a little slow.  Ag & I have talked, cried, muddled and prayed on many occasions over George...
Her call to me today was to share that George has been adopted by a lovely, loving couple that happen to be gay...

Please watch this video and see how happy every one is, the parents, the judge, my friend Agnes, but most importantly see how beautiful and happy little George is.

Five From Designing Wally....

I don't black out, at least not that I can remember.

Plagiarism is nine-tenths of the law.

Some people have hang-ups, some people are hung-up;
I wouldn't know, I'm just hung...

No one is perfect,  everyone should just try to be more like me.
You are so sensuous....
And sensuous up; could you fix me another drink?

My favorite definition of a New Yorker is from Woody Allen:
"You are only a real New Yorker if you die here."

Love Walk? Hate Talk? Or Perhaps, Something Yummy ???

Ahhh...
New York (City)....

It's a little after eight PM in NYC,  and we have had ourselves quite the day,  but we don't want to talk about that, except to say that we drove in three of the five boroughs today; Queens, New York and The Bronx..
Anyway, some of you may know, that there were three events in NYC today worth note: The 26th annual AIDS WALK,  The Senator; Reverend: Rueben: Diaz:  Rally-To-Protect-Marriage and The Ninth Avenue International Food Festival.

Now, we have provided the links so that you may know what we have had time to gather at this time:

#1  Forty-thousand people went to the AIDS WALK in the rain,  (We guess that people that love don't melt in the rain)...

#2  Maybe Two-thousand people went to The Bronx for the Rally-To-Protect-Marriage, (it seems that a great deal of them are worried about melting under nature's cleansing rain)....

#3  And One person at least went to The Ninth Avenue International Food Festival , (we didn't research it, but we imagine that one receives generous portions & cheap prices in the rain)....

David Dust is most definitely one of our heros!

Perhaps we will post this and go do a graph???

9:35 EDT
We Did a Graph....

So
Which way is this going in New York?
(norma! peenee!... I need the name of the H-O-R-S-E?)...

And now the GOP in the city  (including bloombbastic-$$$ and, Oh! Hai! Cunnyeatacut!), are footing the bill for full equality???

We guess they are sending a message to the GOP, At large (and we mean, "large"),  but I'm not drunk enough to figure out what the message is.....
We'll get back to ya, later....
