This lousy photo is panel  #1/16 of a fabulously hand penned, fabulously hand colored and fabulously conceived artwork, (promotional, I'm fairly certain), dated 1947 by a Hungarian artist (give the name later), Twelve by nine, (Imperial), executed on high quality paper of which I have seldom seen (non-acidic in '47?).

Strange.

It's a comic book, a pornographic comic book! From post war (haaaah!), Europe.

The narrative being located at the bottom of each panel, in Magyar, of course, (the language of Hungary).

Anyway, 

Janos is translating the text..., literally..

So that we may then translate/interpret it into conversational, American English (literal English in the manner of Popeye speak, and after all, Popeye is American)....

Therefore,

A Proper English Translation for Panel #1 As Follows:
