So... a couple of questions and one request. 1/ What is that wonderful graphic from? What is it's source? It looks so wonderfully seventies porn like. 2/ I don't remember that song, 'Telephone Man' being so... annoying. Was it a big hit? And now the request: in light that you have done 'Telephone Man', now do Anita Ward's 'Ring My Bell'. Love you.... kisses, - Uptonking from Wonderland Burlesque
Upton- Yes, it is very seventies, the person that posted this removed it as I was looking at it, thank god I had already saved it. I looked again today but no luck, too bad, I would have posted the source.
Music was a lot more local back then. The song was very popular then in Cleveland, Ohio as well as other places (probably urban), but it was a shooting star, straight to the top, straight to obscurity.
True story- Back in 2001 before I had a cell, I daily used the phone booth at W47st. & 8th ave. which ended up being the last phone booth in NYC to be removed. It also was one of the phone booths used to film the movie "Phone Booth"!
number please?
